About This Site

Greetings and welcome…
My name is Scott Hallett and I am the one who is responsible for this site.
I currently live in the Lakewood area of Dallas, TX with my wife and two kids.
I will be your host and guide
This website has recently come out of hiding due to the amount of things I no longer wish to keep to myself.
Through the majority of my life, one of my greatest (and private) pursuits has been the study and implementation of whatever is necessary to make positive and lasting change in ones life from the inside out.
They say that you learn what you teach (or rather, you teach what you *want* to learn). And for me, that is to fully understand the relationship between man and the cosmos, and how properly aligning with a power and purpose greater than ourselves (ego) can bring about true spiritual affluence (and how spiritual affluence manifests as physical health, wealth and happiness).
Some of the topics you will find here are:
- Exploring the metaphysical and mystical sides of reality.
- The fastest, easiest and most effective way(s) to manifest positive and lasting change in ones life - by working exclusively on the inner plane (cause) rather than the outer (effect).
- Identifying the one true source of all suffering, and the one true source of lasting joy (the relationship between the mind, soul, ego and selfless purpose).
- The relationship between spiritual affluence and how it manifests as physical health, wealth and happiness.
- The art and craft of creating the life you want through deliberate intent.
- How being in selfless service to others is what true entrepreneurship is really about (and how it can result in growing lifelong wealth).
- Discovering the link between spiritual and mental health and how they manifest as physical health (or the lack of).
- Our / my reasons for being as well as a few other personal things that might creep in…
To sum up - I think the majority of the world has it backwards - in more ways than one.
One way is that we believe that happiness and success are ultimately under our control. And another is that the place to exercise that control is in the outer world rather than the inner.
The solution to this is expressed perfectly in the the book of Matthew:
“Seek first the Kingdom of Heaven, and all things will be added unto you” -Matthew 6:33
We try to control the outer in an attempt to bring about happiness. We believe that having, being and doing (when obtained at some future point) will bring about lasting happiness…
That about sums it up, I will use this site/blog as a forum to talk about an alternate and lesser traveled path - a path for those who want to lighten their load and make their journey the one worth taking.
For now, take this - our purpose can be defined in these two words:
“Adamo Veritas”
It’s Latin, go look it up
